BACH & CO.
The BACH & CO. series is the common thread in AUO's programming every year. Six concerts on six consecutive Sundays in July and August. A tried and tested concept and loved by a large audience

Bach wrote many of his music collections in sextuple: six cello suites, six Brandenburg concertos, six violin partitas, six trio sonatas for organ and so on. In addition to the number of harmony, six is the number of diligence, work ethic and zeal.
A selection of these works will be featured in BACH & CO. 2025.
New in the programming in 2025
- the new, temporary Vierdag organ, ideally suited for ensemble playing the organ+ character:
- not only organ playing but every concert with the participation of a soloist lecturing recitals:
- the performing musicians themselves talk about the works to be played ‘experience concerts’:
- the audience sits close to the performing musicians, the organist is now visible ‘guided programming’:
- the performing musicians are asked to play certain pieces, fitting the theme Tafel van Zes.

The Bach on Sunday organ concerts are organised by Art UnOrganized Breda in cooperation with the Grote Kerk Breda and Protestant Church.
Route and parking
Coming by train? The Grote Kerk Breda is a 10-minute walk from Breda railway station. The church is also easily accessible by bus. You can walk to us in a few minutes from the Karnemelkstraat or Vlaszak bus stops.
Coming by bike or moped? Then park in one of the free bicycle parking facilities. Improperly parked bicycles are regularly removed by the municipality.
Coming by car? The car parks De Prins and De Barones are closest to the Grote Kerk Breda. Click here for general information on parking in Breda.
