Lying-down concert The best of einaudi
Would you like to relax and dream away to recognisable, soothing piano sounds during a minimalist neo-classical lying concert®? On Sunday morning, 8 February, Jeroen van Veen (piano) and Aart Bergwerff (organ) will perform The Best of Einaudi live in the Grote Kerk in Breda.
Einaudi's meditative melodies invite you to slow down and reflect. As you lie down and listen, the music helps you relax, get in touch with yourself and experience the sounds in the unique acoustics of the centuries-old Grote Kerk Breda.

AART BERGWERFF X JEROEN VAN VEEN
Aart Bergwerff is an internationally renowned organist and the regular organist at the Grote Kerk in Breda. He is known for his crossover programmes, in which he combines classical and contemporary music in innovative ways.
Jeroen van Veen is a leading pianist and composer, internationally known for his interpretations of minimal music. With his characteristic, tranquil playing style and his sense of atmosphere, he knows how to touch a wide audience.

Practical information
- Bring a cushion, mat and/or sleeping bag.
- Wear comfortable, warm clothing.
- Find your own comfortable spot in the church, lying down or sitting, and immerse yourself in the meditative sounds of The Best of Einaudi.
- There are a limited number of chairs available.
- Doors open at 10 a.m., concert starts at 10.30 a.m., concert ends at 11.30 a.m.
Route and parking
Coming by train? The Grote Kerk Breda is a 10-minute walk from Breda railway station. The church is also easily accessible by bus. You can walk to us in a few minutes from the Karnemelkstraat or Oude Vest bus stops.
Coming by bike or moped? Then park in one of the free bicycle parking facilities. Improperly parked bicycles are regularly removed by the municipality.
